RECEIVING
Receiving is the process of accepting and handling your shipment when it arrives at our warehouse in Delaware. If your shipment arrives in a full container it will be quoted by the size of the container and if your shipment arrives on FBA compliant pallets we will waive the pallet fee for forwarding.
INSPECTION
Our inspection service is generally applied case by case because clients have different needs. The random inspection entails opening a few random boxes and checking the condition of the units inside. A full inspection entails opening every box and checking every unit. If you require a specific inspection need, please reach out to our customer service team.
LABELING
Amazon has many rules and restrictions in regards to how shipments and units are to be prepared before arriving at Amazon FBA. FNSKU Labels are required to be visual on every product that is intended to be sold on Amazon. Amazon uses the FNSKU Label to identify a specific unit of a ASIN.
BUNDLING
The Bundling service entails that our warehouse team will assemble all the units that go into one bundle, couple them into a ploy bag and repackage them. If needed, you can also add marketing inserts or instructions into the bundle. You are also able to provide your own packaging if you want the bundle to be in a specific package. Each Bundle will also need to be labeled.
STORAGE
Storage rates at Amazon are skyrocketing! Store the majority of your Amazon FBA inventory with us, then ship into the Amazon warehouse as needed to replenish your inventory. And, our storage rates do not change in Q4 as Amazon's does. Our storage rates are the same for all 12 months of the year, and we do not charge extra for long term storage.
FORWARDING
Amazon Forwarding entails shipping your Amazon Shipment from our warehouse in Delaware to Amazon FBA. There are two options for forwarding your shipment which are Less than a truckload and Small Parcel Delivery.

How It Works
1: Ship your items
Your items are inventoried and inspected upon arrival. We’ll notify you of their receipt and any shipping damagess.
2: Prep goods
To minimize revenue loss, we start prepping your products for Amazon FBA as soon as they arrive. Each item is polybagged and labeled according to Amazon’s requirements.
3: Create shipping plan
Your inventory is updated in Seller Central, shipping labels are created, and your order will soon be on its way to Amazon.
4: Ship to Amazon
Your order is en route to your chosen Amazon Fulfillment Center. You’ll be notified when it leaves our warehouse and is closed out. Congrats on seamless Amazon FBA prep!
